H8 H9 H11 LED Forward Lightings Bulbs, High Beam or Low Beam

Newest mini H8 H9 H11 LED forward lightings bulbs, fog lights or DRL(daytime running lights) replacement, brightness will differ when working voltage under 12V, when stock share the same bulb as DRL, and the DRL working voltage is under 10V, the brightness of DRL will dimmer than high beam.
